Label not quite right?
Still wrong? Email us about this label. Your PDF isn’t sent, only its size and where we looked.
Your sheet: A4, 4 labels of 105 × 148 mm.
Print and Download appear here once your label is placed.
Set the scale to 100% or Actual size in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”.
Why your sheets run out unevenly
If you print Royal Mail Click & Drop labels on 4-per-sheet A4 label paper, every label lands on the same sticker: the top-left one. After one parcel you have a sheet with three good labels and nothing that prints on them. Move My Label fixes that by moving the label onto the spot you pick.
How to print on the next free sticker
- In Click & Drop, print or download the label as a PDF as you normally would.
- Choose the PDF above. Move My Label finds the label in the top-left quarter.
- Tap a free spot on the sheet picture. If you’ve used some already, tap Mark used spots first so they’re greyed out.
- Press Print label and set the scale to 100% or Actual size.
Feed the same sheet back into your printer the same way up, and the label lands on the sticker you picked.
Questions
Where does Click & Drop put the label on the page?
In the Click & Drop PDFs we tested, the label sits in the top-left quarter of an A4 page, sized to fit a 4-per-sheet label (about 105 × 148 mm). Move My Label recognises this and moves the whole quarter, so the label prints exactly as Royal Mail laid it out.
Will the barcode still scan?
Yes. The label is moved, not shrunk or re-scanned, so the 2D barcode prints at exactly the same size and sharpness as Royal Mail's original.
Does it work for parcels as well as large letters?
The Click & Drop label we tested was a large letter label. Parcel labels are expected to work the same way; if one is laid out differently, Move My Label looks for the label on the page, and “Label not quite right?” lets you pick the area yourself.
