Print

Print and Download appear here once your label is placed.

Set the scale to 100% or Actual size in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”.

Use the bottom half too

If your label always prints on the top half, the bottom half of every sheet goes to waste. Move My Label puts the next label on the bottom half instead.

Steps

  1. Download your shipping label PDF.
  2. Choose it above. The sheet is set to US Letter half-sheets.
  3. Tap Top or Bottom.

Questions

Will a 4x6 label fit on a half-sheet?

Yes, at full size. A 4x6 label is turned sideways to fit the 8.5 × 5.5 inch half, with room to spare.

Which carriers' labels work?

Any label you can download as a PDF, including USPS, UPS and FedEx labels from marketplaces such as eBay and Etsy.

Can I use 4-per-sheet Letter labels instead?

Yes. Change the sheet to “US Letter, 4 labels per sheet”. Those labels are 4.25 × 5.5 inches, so a 4x6 label is shrunk to about 92% to fit, and Move My Label tells you when that happens.
