Stop throwing away three labels a sheet
Royal Mail Click & Drop, Evri and Parcel2Go put your label in the top-left corner of an A4 page, so a 4-per-sheet label sheet only ever loses its top-left sticker. Move My Label prints the label on the top right, bottom left or bottom right instead.
Labels that come as a single 4x6 inch page, or sit under printed instructions like InPost labels, are cut out and placed on the spot you choose. The label is moved, not re-scanned, so barcodes scan just like the original.
Questions
How do I print a shipping label on the second label of an A4 sheet?
Choose your label PDF, tap the spot you want (for example top right or bottom left), then press Print. Move My Label makes a new A4 page with your label placed in that position, so your printer puts it on the unused sticker.
Which label sheets does this work with?
A4 sheets with 4 labels (each about 105 × 148 mm, the size of A6) or 2 labels per sheet, and US Letter sheets with 2 or 4 labels. Change the sheet under “Pick a free spot” and it is remembered next time.
Can it remember which labels I have already used?
Yes. Tap “Mark used spots”, then tap the stickers that are gone. They are hatched out and remembered on this device, so next time you only see the free ones.
Which couriers and marketplaces are supported?
Any label you can download as a PDF. It has been tested with Royal Mail Click & Drop, Evri, Parcel2Go and InPost labels, and works the same way for Vinted, eBay, Etsy, Amazon, DPD, Yodel, ParcelForce, USPS, UPS and FedEx labels.
My PDF has instructions and a cut line. Will they be printed?
No. If the label sits below instructions, as InPost labels do, Move My Label finds the label itself and only prints that part. If it guesses wrong, open “Label not quite right?” and pick the area yourself.
Can I print a 4x6 thermal label on a normal printer?
Yes. A 4x6 inch label PDF is placed on one spot of your A4 or Letter sheet. On a 4-per-sheet A4 sheet it prints at full size if it has a little blank margin; if the printed part is taller than the sticker it is reduced slightly (to about 97%) and you are told. On US 2-per-sheet sheets it is turned sideways and fits at full size.
Is my label uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens in your browser. Your PDF, address and tracking details never leave your device, and nothing is stored.
The label printed in the wrong place or the wrong size. What should I check?
In the print dialog set the scale to 100% or “Actual size” and turn off “Fit to page” or “Shrink to fit”. Also check the paper size matches your sheet (A4 or Letter).
